There are two tabs on the Advanced Insights page which come together to give you an in-depth view of your chosen market, from a snapshot of its current sentiment status to a live chart to historical volatility analysis, and timeline of upcoming events.
The Dashboard tab
The dashboard tab includes:
Circular gauges
Choose the group of assets that interests you for an at-a-glance view of each product, including:
- The name of the asset
- A high or low volume of news
- Fear index; is there extreme negativity?
- Current sentiment; more green for bullish, more red for bearish
- Time until next calendar item
- Sentiment direction change in the last hour
Expanded view
Click on your preferred asset for more details of the information shown in the circular gauge. This section includes The Latest News, with a summary of our latest analysis, the Next Calendar Item from our economic calendar and a Sentiment Chart showing current and historical price movements and Market Alerts for the past 30 days.
Further analysis
Four columns provide additional insights on 4-hour, 1-day and 1-week volatility, Market Alerts detailing sentiment changes and their potential duration, summaries of all our latest News articles, and important upcoming Calendar events.
The Events Timeline tab
The events timeline tab shows a detailed look at all the major and minor upcoming events you may wish to base your trading decisions on. This tool can help you understand the flow of events and make educated predictions on how an economic event may influence the price of a pair based on past results and future forecasts.
